Application and Leasing

Visit our Floor Plans page, select your preferred layout, check its availability, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your application. It's quick and simple, and if you need help at any point, our team is always happy to guide you.

Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent.

We offer flexible lease options with 12, 14, and 18-month lease terms.

No. Subleasing is not permitted at Mountain Creek Apartments.

No, renters’ insurance is not required. 

Our team will reach out about 90 days before your lease ends with all the information you need, so you have plenty of time to review your options.

Yes, we have 20 affordable units within the community. These homes are very popular and are almost always leased. While they are considered affordable housing, they are not income-based units.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

At move-in, residents are responsible for the prorated rent and the security deposit.

We do not currently offer move-in assistance services, but our team is always happy to answer questions and help guide you through the process.

There are no specific decorating restrictions. We simply ask that apartments be returned in their original condition at move-out.

If you need to end your lease early, a 60-day written notice is required. There is also a buyout fee equal to two months’ rent, along with repayment of any concessions that may have been applied to the lease.

You are required to provide written notice, and our team will provide you with a move-out checklist to guide the process. A walkthrough is scheduled before 2 PM on your move-out day. At that time, any charges will be reviewed, and your security deposit will either be refunded or applied to the account if needed.

Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 30 days.

Fees and Payments

The security deposit starts at $500 based on credit. In some cases, it may be equal to half a month’s rent or up to one full month’s rent. The deposit is due before move-in.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

Residents can choose between Spectrum and AT&T for internet service.

Rent payments are made conveniently through the online resident portal.

There is a $42 monthly ancillary fee that covers pest control, valet trash pickup, and risk management services.

Parking

Yes, parking is available. Garages are offered for $175 per month.

Overnight guests are welcome. Guest vehicles should park near the park area or along the fence line.

EV charging stations are not available at this time.

Maintenance and Requests

Our team makes it easy! Simply use the online portal to report any maintenance needs, and we’ll take care of it quickly.

Routine maintenance is usually handled within 24 hours, and emergencies are prioritized and addressed as soon as possible.

Each apartment comes with its own washer and dryer, making laundry simple and convenient.

Pets

Yes! We love pets and welcome them in our community. 

Fees are determined through PetScreening, based on your pet’s details.
